Donna Gadomski

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS

Donna Gadomski leads public outreach campaigns and builds influential external support to advance the welfare of animals around the world. In this role, she initiates and manages institutional partnerships, including corporate, celebrity, entertainment and philanthropic, to raise funds, support direct care to animals, influence policy and elevate public awareness of animal welfare and conservation issues.

Gadomski’s background is in government, business and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining HSI, she held senior communications and philanthropy roles at the International Fund for Animal Welfare. Before IFAW, she led investor relations for a Boston-based consumer goods company and served in senior communications roles for New York State Assembly leadership.

She loves taking her rescue dog Lukis on adventures to his favorite places and enjoys hiking, paddling and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
